- This iPad application is designed to keep track of your visitors at a reception. Administrators at companies, hotels and other institutions having guests can utilise this app to make a favourable impression on the visitors, improve customer service and satisfaction, save time and capture all the necessary data using a mobile device.

- Application will notify meeting organisers or hosts by automated phone call and SMS message with visitors name.

- While signing up, your visitor’s details will be automatically pushed to company’s CRM system (Salesforce or SuiteCRM) along with the thank you email along with latest newsletter to your visitor.

- Includes wireless printer library to seamlessly communicate with select Brother label printers. Custom label design includes company logo, visitors photo and auto-generated barcode for signing out.

- Optional integration with “Meeting Room” application
